Middle Level Education / Bachelor of Arts

To obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Level Education, candidates must complete a 44-hour program.  The coursework is designed to provide pre-service teacher candidates with the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to be successful classroom teachers. 

Lewis offers Professional Educator Licensure for the Middle Grades in the areas of English/language arts, mathematics, science and social studies.  See an adviser for accepted content area coursework.
