The Organizational Leadership (OL) Department offers a Bachelor's to Master's (BA to MA) option for Lewis University undergraduate Organizational Leadership majors. The BA to MA option allows qualified undergraduates to complete up to three (3) Master of Arts courses as an undergraduate. Up to 9 graduate credit hours may be used to complete requirements in the undergraduate major (42 hours), the Bachelor's degree (128 hours), and specific course requirements for the Master's program (36 hours). The total number of required graduate credits (36) will remain the same. Students apply for admission to the BA to MA option by submitting a BA to MA Intention Form and BA to MA Approval Form to the Department Chair of Organizational Leadership when they reach senior status (complete 90 credit hours) and have achieved an overall GPA of 3.0. Qualified students approved for the BA to MA option may apply financial aid to graduate courses. Students who take 9 credit hours of approved graduate courses in Organizational Leadership in their senior year and earn a grade of "B" or better in each of those courses will have to complete 27 more credit hours of remaining core and concentration courses to earn the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL).
Students accepted into this BA to MA option are required to apply for admission to the MAOL.
