LL-547 Women in Leadership

This course will delve into the specific attributes and dilemmas of women in roles of leadership. Particular attention will be paid to practical and executable solutions to common "no win" scenarios. Historical context of women in leadership roles will be researched. Anthropological and evolutionary psychological perspectives will also be investigated. This is not a lecture course. Classes will be dependent on student participation and total involvement.
