Educational Leadership, Teacher Leader Endorsement / Master of Education (M.Ed.)
The Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership with Teacher Leader Endorsement is designed to assist current licensed teachers to move into school-based leadership. These positions can address the improvement of student learning, improvement of instruction, professional development, coaching, mentoring, team leader and division chair.

Prerequisites
- Professional Educator License with Teacher Endorsement
- Three years successful teaching experience
- Fulfillment of Survey of Exceptional Child requirement (105 ILCS 5/21-2a)
